Earlier this month, 4J Studios deployed a Minecraft Maps smaller patch for the newly released Xbox One and Playstation 4 editions of Minecraft that fixed several bugs that were discovered inside game.  Catching the last-gen version of the popular title with the newest ports, Microsoft Studios' Roger Carpenter announced on Oct. 14 how the same update is now offered to download on the Xbox 360.

It seems odd the developer claims that infinite worlds can't develop either the Xbox One or PS4 not really that many experts have confirmed that this title's less powerful Pocket Edition will be able to handle the feature.  After all, the new-gen platforms have vastly superior system specifications than mobile devices.  However, the new-gen consoles will only support world sizes which can be 36 times bigger than the existing maps in the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions while Minecraft: Pocket Edition get infinite maps when title update 0.9.0 launches on Thursday.
